Variables in the Filters allow you to adjust the value of the indicator.

Variables in Filters enable you to set up unique variables used in indicator calculation.

Example:

We are looking at different categories of points of interest (POIs), each category is used in the calculation of the indicator exposure index. The categories can have different values, in this case, the values are 0 - 5. The higher the value the more important category in the exposure index calculation.

You can set up different values in any category. Click on the circle and use a mouse or arrows to move the circle to the left or to the right. Or click directly on the circle and set the precise value using the keyboard.

The setting will affect the indicator value.

What values can be used in Variables?

You can use whole numbers (-1, -2, 0, 1, 2, 3), decimal numbers (-0,5 or 0,8) and percents. There can be set a default value in any category.
