Let's demonstrate how it works on sample data about taxi rides in New York. In the data, there is information about which zones passengers were picked up and dropped off.

You can display taxi rides and select any taxi zone from the map to find out how many rides starts in it and which zones these rides ended in. Hovering over zones in the map will display a tooltip which shows how many rides that started in the selected zone ended in the hovered-over zone.

In the view we are using two indicators Drop-offs and Pick-ups.

E.g. Indicator Pick-ups tells you how many taxi rides start in the zones.

Select the indicator and any zone from the map to find out how many rides starts in it and which zones these rides ended in.

With selected indicator and zone in the infopanel, hover over zones in the map displays tooltip which shows how many rides that started in selected zone ended in hovered zone

This way you can visualise similar data and explore the spatial patterns on the map.
